This policy covers our website, our TikTok Shop storefront data, our email and text programs, our review platform, and Creator Program applications.
What we collect
When you buy from us we collect your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and payment confirmation. We do not see or store full card numbers — payments are handled by Shopify Payments and the processors it uses. We also collect site analytics and pixel data (Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google where enabled), SMS opt-in records, review content, and support correspondence.
How we use it
To fulfil your order, provide support, honor the 30-Night Guarantee (including refund-history tracking to prevent guarantee abuse — yes, we track that, and we're telling you), verify reviews, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing email or texts.
Who we share it with
Service providers only: Shopify, our fulfillment partners, payment processors, our email/SMS platform our email service provider, our review app, and ad platforms via pixels.
Text messages
Marketing texts require your express written consent, which is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Every marketing email includes our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately.
Cookies
We use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies, including Shopify's own analytics and pixels from Meta, TikTok and Google where enabled. You can opt out via the cookie banner or your browser settings. We use essential cookies to run the store (cart, checkout, security) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; where required by your region, a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, export or delete your data. If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, additional rights apply and we will honor them.
Children
Our site and products are for adults. We are not directed to anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
